Following the Covid-19/Coronavirus outbreak, our online certificate ordering service for urgent requests is only available on the website from 9.00 am to 4.30 pm each day, Monday to Friday. You will not be able to order a certificate out with these times or on public holidays when our offices are closed - these dates can be viewed here.
Due to the very high level of demand for urgent certificates, and the limited service we are able to provide at this time, our normal target despatch time of 15 working days may not always be met. This is also the reason why our priority service is not available.
We will continue to respond to online enquiries but we may not be able to give as full or as complete answers as usual. Further information is available here.
