ScotlandsPeople Centre Scotland's largest family history centre, the ScotlandsPeople Centre, is open in Edinburgh at the east end of Princes Street opposite the Balmoral Hotel.
You can either visit us between 09:00 to 16:30 weekdays for 10GBP per day or we have free two hour introductory sessions from 10:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 16:00.
It is also possible to visit our shop for gift ideas, books and other mementos or try our Ruthvens cafe, which specialises in tasty tray bakes.
We have a seminar facility for hire in the prestigious New Register House Dome area. Prices start from £75 for half a day. Further information is available here.
